RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
14 day refund and exchange policy applies. Royal Rubber Stamps Ltd. can not entertain any requests for refunds outside this 14 day timescale, due to the nature and purpose of the products we manufacture.
NOTIFICATION TO US
Customer must notify Royal Rubber Stamps Ltd of damage to goods, incorrect quantities of goods received against order placed, broken goods or wrong items received, at first instance of receipt of goods.
Contact by email stating order number, invoice number and nature of problem with goods.
Items must be unused, in packaging received, and same condition you received it for inspection by Royal Rubber Stamps Ltd.
Once goods are received and inspected by us from your return we can decide what will apply.
Damaged/faulty/broken goods in transit will be replaced.
Any typographic errors on part of Royal Rubber Stamps Ltd will be rectified and goods re-made.
Any damage to goods caused by customer/incorrect use/use of third party apart from Royal Rubber Stamps Ltd shall not be refunded or replaced.
Royal Rubber Stamps Ltd will endeavour to exchange or replace damaged faulty goods, to exact or similar model/spec and exact value of original order. Where customer is not entirely happy with this we can arrange refund in full amount of original invoice.
No refund or payment will be issued for cost of returning goods back to us. Your shipping costs are non refundable.
A refund shall be issued to the cardholder from which original order was placed.
We supply : Rubber stamps, self inking stamps, daters, numbering stamps, ink pads and refill ink pads for self inking stamps. Unusual stamps for various applications. Company embossing seals. Nameplates and name badges. Electric ink jet printer stamps.
